talkEHRTM is a free cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) that uses innovative technology which incorporates artificial intelligence. The EHR understands the flow of the practice and provides a platform that is easy to use and efficient.

Patients also have free access to their personal health record (PHR) where they can view lab results, make payments, communicate with the provider, request for refills and schedule appointments through talkPHR which can be accessed on multiple devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and cell phones.

How much does talkEHR™ cost?

Is talkEHRTM certified for Meaningful Use?

Yes, talkEHRTM is ONC-ATCB certified for Meaningful Use Stage 3 (MU3). Using our EHR, you can qualify for MACRA’s value based payment programs.

Is support provided?

Of course, and it is absolutely free! You can connect with us anytime through our forum within talkEHRTM, the contact us page or via email.

Can I import my data for free?

Yes. The data provided in CCDA format, and from major EHR vendors can be imported for free. We provide free support to import your data onto talkEHRTM.

How can I import my data?

  • Call your current EHR vendor to request for your complete data.
  • You may upload the demographics data using the data import widget. Download the sample file and match your data to the columns. Save and upload the file on the data import section.
    Note: Please make sure the format exactly matches the sample file. If any records are deemed “invalid” this may be due to a formatting error e.g. hyphens in phone numbers, spaces before the city etc.
  • You may use talkEHRTM with the demographics information (if provided) while you wait on the complete data from your previous vendor.
  • Once you receive the data, upload the file on the data import section where it says “Import complete data.”
  • Leave the rest to us! We will merge and import the data in a structured format within 10-12 business days, and reach out to you.

Is my data safe?

We understand the importance of the security of your data and it is our highest priority. For this reason, we provide a strong data framework and encoding measures which includes:

Who owns my data?

Your practice always has the rights of ownership of its data. Your data can be exported anytime you need.

Which physician specialties can use the EHR?

talkEHRTM is a customizable software that can be used by any practice. Our tools support many specialties including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, obstetrics/ gynecology and many more! You can use our ready to use editable templates for your specific specialty or construct your own.

What kind of hardware and computers do I need?

Since it is a web-based software, talkEHRTM just requires a computer system and access to internet. For best functionality of the software, we recommend the following:

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have in my practice if I use talkEHR™?

With talkEHRTM, you have no limits on the number of users or patients on your EHR account.

How does billing work?

We always prefer to give you a choice. talkEHRTM lets you use our integrated billing services or you can use your preferred vendor for which you will need to export and submit your files required for billing.

Can I connect to labs and imaging?

Yes, your EHR account can be integrated with many labs and imaging centers for free including LapCorp, Quest and many more. To request for an interface, click on once you add the lab in the setup and provide the required information. We do not charge our users for interfaces.

I misspelled my email when signing up, what do I do?

That’s not a problem, we all make mistakes. Just contact us with the correction and we will update it for you.

I entered the landline number instead of my cell phone number and now I can’t sign up. What do I do?
